missing dll is api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll but i have tried to download that file and it didnt worked out

Be careful, downloading a DLL is the same as downloading an EXE. Get it only from a legit microsoft source (or another computer you trust) and don't download it from "DLL finder" websites.
