Please don't let this thread die...I also play on Win 7, and I thought the problem was on my end, so I uninstalled then reinstalled so there goes 8 hours of unneeded re-installation down the drain. Please Bungo, WIN 7 USERS ARE STILL HERE, and I was able to play fine until this Battleye thing, even though I always have low fps because my pc is trash.

Same here, not able to launch the game on Windows 7. Was playing perfectly fine all day yesterday.

Not just win7. Win10, never got the option to install it. repaired and reinstalled. Can't get battle eye at all. No instructions anywhere as to oh, you know... GET THE REQUIRED FILES YOU NEED.
