Remember that person years ago who sued McDonald for $500,000,000 when she or he found a finger in their burger. Bungie can leave this issue unattended see what happens.

No, I'm not aware of that one. Seems like the main difficulty in that case would be proving McDonald's is responsible for putting the finger in there. I do remember the one about a person who sued them for the coffee being too hot and won. But that probably doesn't apply in this situation.
