You dont have any name changes available.
My mail account was stolen, then I got my account back. The name of the bungie account connected to another steam account remained the same as the name of the hacker's. Whenever I try to change it, it gives this error. I need help how to restore my bungie account name. I got my bungie account back and linked to another steam account which is different and secure. I request you to help me in this matter. Ketamine means the active ingredient in cocaine and this bothers me.

Bungie has not made any announcements of plans to allow further name changes. The only thing that you can do is hope (or even ask) that others report it and Bungie censor it; this will change it to Guardian#9986. Given some of the names that do get censored, I should imagine Bungie would do so here if people do report it. Sadly, there is no other option for you to change it. Bungie may give players another name change in the future but they have not mentioned anything about this yet.
