LOL I stopped reading right here. Last time I checked azteclown was whining that in order to "relax and enjoy Destiny's pvp" , he needs to play - literally - against people who are way worse than him.

you are just taking it out of context to "prove your point". on paper and maybe even statistically speaking sbmm might be great. but whats hindering games from having a casual playlist and an objectiv based sbmm playlist? in destinys case its also that the connections are downright bad because of their peer to peer system which in turn makes sbmm worse than it needs to be. and even if statistically speaking sbmm is more rewarding than not there should only be a very loose skill range to this system, maybe paired with an also loose implemantation of lobby balancing might make it possible for everyone to have fun in a game, because the skill range is not impossible to overcome but wide enough so that good players dont have to go balls to the wall sweaty EVERY game. because in the end the game should be a rewarding and fun experience for everyone

SBMM forces them into more matches where they can't just roll over the entire enemy team like they are playing against a bunch of Thralls.

No, that’s not really the issue. It’s just suffering because Bungie refuses to give more time for it. Few new maps, no ability to actually get into AE. It’s there, but it’s being ignored.
