Content creation is hard. If they combine the pools of players, it makes a big pool to draw players from.. What bungie should do is make a better game and create better content to play. That will bring players to the game and create a healthy pool of players to draw from. What bungie does now is puts toxicity together hoping it will fix the problem.. nope.. you gotta put in the work to fix the problem of stale, laggy, pvp matches full of cheaters, hacks, paid carries etc.

This is what happens when you actively ignore the PvP portion of your game for 3-ish years.

1000000000000000% agree. They let pvp die on the vine and now there are less players wanting to play it. The solution has always been to invest in the content.. if you build it, they will come.. can't get any more direct then that. Put effort into the pvp product, maps, balance etc and players will play it.
