Here's the thing destiny's hard content is so artificial is laughable, bungies thought process for hard content is simply lower the power of the player and overtune the enemies to one shot its the laziest form of difficulty.

There is no such thing as artificial difficulty. It's either difficult or it isn't. Every time people like this fail at something it's bad/lazy game design. In reality you are a bad/lazy gamer.

There absolutely is such a thing as artificial difficulty and it comes from aspects of the game that add difficulty through number manipulation and not through gameplay mechanics.

I use an alt account. True. You us your real account and you're wrong about how difficulty settings work in almost all video games. Also true.

I mean that's how most hard modes work in video games. It's pretty standard. Change some numbers around, make enemies hit harder and take less.

Add to the list literally any rpg with difficulty settings, doom eternal, ultrakill, borderlands, and plenty other games i'm too mentally tired to think of right now

Having content not meant for everyone is perfectly fine but thats a different topic, what's the issue is that what constitutes hard content in destiny is just purely lazy game design.
