Cross save
I have my psn account but I cross saved with Xbox when I still had an Xbox one. I now have a series x but can’t remember the old login info for Xbox to delete it. Is there a workaround for this?

Edited by EckyThump: 4/25/2024 7:02:44 PMHey there, no there is not. To unlink an account, cross-save has to be cancelled, and to cancel it, you must authenticate the account. Bungie does not forcibly unlink accounts. You would need to work with Microsoft support, to recover access to the account. Also - your XBox is the Active account and contains the characters, so if you cancelled cross-save, you'd lose access to them on PSN.

No, you will have to work with Xbox to try and recover the Microsoft account. If they're unable to help you recover the Microsoft account, then you're stuck with the account linked to your Bungie profile forever. Note: Unless you changed Xbox accounts, the account you play on Xbox Series X is likely the same account on Xbox One.
