why wold 343 get pissed some of the employees are ex-bungie and 343 is strictly halo so without bungie they probably wouldn't exsist also it would just make them look like dicks and they really don't want that seeing that a big part of their fan base would literally demonize them as they see 343 already ruining the halo name TL;DR- it's just a bad idea entirely for 343 to sue
