Just about everyone prays for their life-threatening diseases to be alleviated. So, when one person is very lucky and actually is cured, I'm supposed to believe that this is evidence for God?

Let's take a look at the doctor's notes and interview her specialists before we jump to "God did it."

Clearly they are not incurable, judging by the fact that they were cured. Or you could be a liar. If the situation you described is in fact impossible by any natural means, then there are two obvious conclusions I could draw: God exists and he/she cured her, or you're lying about the situation. Considering that there are a lot of liars out there, I find it easier to believe the latter.
