That won't matter. As long as they aren't putting in someone named Spartan-117 they are fine. You are allowed to reference trademarked and copyrighted material. Also this game is coming out on XB1 and PS4. That would just be extra advertisement for Microsoft since the Halo games are only on Microsoft machines.
