Frankly I am surprised that it isn't schedule to be on Windows Phone. The heavy side scrolling design that I saw in the video is influenced heavily by Windows Phone.
And it certainly helps to know that anything developed for WP8 is an easy port over to Windows 8 PC store. Two birds with one stone. And I am sure windows PC users still heavily outweigh those who use an iPad.
