i think they should add or boost engram drop rate on the boss and high level enemy

I couldn't agree more. I'm tired of getting House Banners or other crap you sell for 200 glimmer (when I'm already at max glimmer of 25k). It should be a gauranteed drop. Even if it were a green, or two greens. As long as it has some chance to drop gear. Otherwise fighting harder things is pointless. Like Strikes...can't tell you how often I drop green, blues from small guys over the actual boss.
