It was the Speaker and the Cryptard that went together into the little room with the black door to the right of the big spinny thing in the north tower. Do you mean he is cheating on both of them???

Numerous sources in the past have pointed to the Cryptarch being involved with the Speaker, the Queen of the Reef, Lakshmi-2, her sisters Lakshmi-3 and 4, her brother Lakshim-1 and most prominently the mysterious Xur.
