Telling people if they -blam!- up 3 times in a raid they are gone is not helping people. Get real. If you're a raid leader your job is not to place additional pressure on people needlessly, especially new people. Telling them they have 3 strikes immediately puts that at the forefront of their mind instead of the actual strategy, and you will not get the best out of your raiders. I can see this kind of leadership coming from a 12 year old but not with a real raid leader.
