Yeah, this would never happen. Psn and xboxlive take ages to ban legitimate cheaters with modded consoles, if they ever do at all. (I know one guy that's 1 year and going strong)
You think that they would give two glances and some people pulling the plug once or twice a week?

Point in saying its at their discretion they can choose to ignore however if bungie feels they should they can also choose to ban these players. Two sides of the same coin.
