While I see your point, I thought OP was specifically talking about manipulating network connections to the servers not the actual game mechanics of the boss. Atheon push = game mechanics Crota kneel = network manipulation

Disconnecting from a game is not manipulating the network. If the game can't handle a disconnect and it creates an unwanted bug, they simply need to fix it. You were never supposed to be able to push bosses off ledges to avoid the fight mechanics, likewise disconnecting from the Crota fight was never the intended way of taking him down. They're both exploits available to anyone, nothing 'special' is required. It will be fixed, use it or don't.. Can't see the issue. Three Crota takedowns here, all legit. Wouldn't bother me in the slightest if I joined a group that wanted to take advantage of this glitch.

The exploits don't bother me either since they in no way effect my gameplay but I was just trying to help explain why the crota exploit could possibly lead to a ban (highly doubtful) and the atheon/Templar push would never lead to a ban
