Hypothetical math is always the most sound math. I initially agreed about it being ban worthy (only if done after bungie issued a statement that they would ban players who took advantage) but since they haven't I really don't think they can [i]easily[/i] figure out who has glitched the raid and who hasn't. My new thinking is that literally sooooooo many people have done it now (pretty much every lfg group wants to cheese him) all a ban is going to do is piss off a majority of loyal players and make them go to other games to wait the ban out my guess is only a fraction would come back for the next DLC
