They have multiple ways to deal with it: They can make an example of 10K players that can be banned for a week and wipe all Loot any participant gained. This would be enough to scare the Diaper-Guardians.

They could draw a line: Ban all the Cable guys (that actually pulled the plug). Or simply ask RNGesus, he`s always right.

How would they know what 10,000 players to ban? They would have to spend 100's of hours just to sort through data and figure that out. Won't happen.
