Welcome to 2015. OLED is showing up in store shelves right now. 4K OLED is only about $2,500. You'll be buying an OLED TV for $1,000 by Christmas. But I was just responding to the post saying nothing has better picture than plasma.

indeed oled is amazing. But I purchased this in 2013. And oled still has some issues, if im not mistaken blue pixels fade quickly. Plus who knows what input lag is like on those tvs. Mine has zero input lag aka a shooters paradise.

Edited by Rick: 1/28/2015 8:17:44 PMPlasma does not have zero input lag. You may be referring to pixel response time, but a TV introduces input lag by having scalers and multiple inputs. Pixel response time is only part of what makes up input lag. But input lag is the last thing you should be worrying about as a console gamer. The controller you have in your hands is the biggest source of input lag. Low input lag is a shooter's paradise but not when you're controlling it with nubs and auto aim.

4k wasn't in the market when this tv was purchased. Besides, no content is in 4k yet.
