I kid you not, this happened to me last week on my Pioneer Kuro. I almost cried. I was going to post but I didn't want people to start up arguments on plasma vs LCD. It's almost gone away after color patterns on repeat. I can tell you that I used the vex most often and my super was usually full.

  • Glad im not the only one who has had to worry about this. This clearly shows my tv isn't flawed but the hud design is. A hud design shouldn't render an entire tv technology too risky to use.

  • After I noticed the burn in and almost cried, I checked Destiny settings to see if there was a setting to make the HUD transparent, but I didn't see one. There should be. Also, I had orbiter turned off in settings. I think that's supposed to help, but I had it turned off because it's hard to read computer text with it on. I'm mostly too nervous to play on that TV now..
