Or, you can setup your plasma correctly. Give it the proper maintenance it deserves, and take a break from running Destiny on your plasma every 16 hours or so.
That's what I do and have done with my 51" plasma since September 9th.
Not one issue yet.

My plasma has an anti burn-in protection feature. So if I fell asleep on the couch, after an hour or so it automatically turns off. But taking breaks will extend the life of any television, not just Plasmas.
