I thought by now everyone would know if you play games on plasmas for too long or leave one image on a screen for too long it'd burn it into the screen..

  • This happened over time though, not like a one day thing where I left my tv on all day.

  • Still.. My friend had a plasma and it did that over zombies. Plasmas are nice but gaming wise is not worth it.. I'd watch tvs and movies on there. That's about it. But they now have those beautiful 4k tvs which you might as well go for now since you'll probably end up needing a new tv.

  • Yeah. Just sucks this is the only game thats even given me image retention, let alone possible burn in. 4k is nice but what content is 4k? Everything is still 1080p. Can't wait for 4k resolution content. Almost seems redundant to have the tv's out without the content to match it.

  • The tv quality and movie quality is amazing because my girlfriends brother owns one. It's just much clearer on everything even when we play destiny, I'm a little jealous cause the quality is just clear to me compared to other things. Just wait till the day we get 4k games.

The resolution is a 4 to 1 scale... so up scaling does not cause any picture quality loss from native 1080 to 4k
