Same here mate i had to quit destiny due to that.
Have You tried running Pixel Jogger for few days ?? Guess it wont save it now i stopped after i noticed.
Anyhow run that for 100 hours plus full White screen for 10 hours. If that does not help thats permament. I know mine is as I ran it for 7 days on LOOP !!!!
BTW my mate has permament burn on 5 year old sony LCD TV .....
