1 ReplyYou ain't kidding. A lot of games I played ended up like this: me on top of the losing side with a 2ish kdr, and below me a bunch of scrubs with 0. something, and then the winning side had players with 13.5, 7.2, 3.1 etc. It's a real twf bungie?

5 RepliesFact: all Bungie cares about is the minority hardcore player base, and forgets about everyone else. Take a hard look around and you will see what I mean. Just look at all the content changes made, it was not for your average casual player. Why do you think they offer mental help services? They know their content causes severe anxiety and leads to depression/suicidal tendencies. It would not surprise me if they face a string of law suits soon over it.

It took about 30+ matches of suffering losses and wins that felt like losses or worse until found some weapons to use to feel like I'm contributing.

It made gilding my Iron Lord title a bit of a chore. I think close to 60 matches it took and a -blam!- load of waiting.

I would rather that then the insane amount of cheaters this week, 13 ban notifications this week alone. Some new super cheat is out there. 2 seconds into a fresh game and a golden gun pops. Here we go again

4 RepliesYea, ever since they brought sbmm back, my win rate has been sub 30%… Iron banner is even worse. I’m by no means a bad player and I play obj while slaying out but I still can lose 5+ games in a row… idk wtf they are doing but this is getting really old.

My kd on average is 2.0 typically and since iron banner I can’t seem to go a game over 1 if I’m lucky and on the bottom tier. I die so much that I can’t seem to capture before I’m getting domed. I’ll take immortal over a stack with rat king anyday

I hate to be that guy but the only way we'll see any meaningful improvement is by turning off SBMM. They can try to fix lobby balancing but there's always going to be someone who doesn't belong, an outlier. Why? Because the game will [i]have[/i] to pull them in to fill matches as SBMM has a harder and harder time finding people the higher skill you are. True Vanguard has the right ideas, pity bungie don't listen to people like him.

1 ReplyI realise how this may sound, so forgive the 'high and mighty'; But I have honestly never had a better experience in IB as a solo. Very few matches have been a mercy, whilst most games my team has actually had a fighting chance. I have actually been able to shoot my guns before getting laid out, which is an achievement in-itself. In my experience, compaired to when IB Rift and a few seasons before it, this is a night and day difference, and all for the better. With this in mind, I dont understand how there are so many people having such a hard time when I do not (I know I suck at pvp), or if its just people who like to whine about SBMM. You may not be and are infact genuinely getting shafted (and for that, it sucks), its just how it comes across.

17 Replies27W, 33L 45% W/L Some matches it seems like you don’t push the action, some matches you do very well, some matches you do bad, some matches you may join late, some you dont have enough time possibly. You seem to be doing fine, you ran into a 7 loss streak most recently and I understand the frustration, move on but dont get so emotional you come here to say something rude to someone you haven’t met, don’t know and wouldn’t say a damn thing if your dignity was on the line with friends and family witnessing.
