Trials cheaters
I always thought the complaints about cheaters was unfounded and exaggerated, but after seeing players making only head shots and receive little damage taken, I am a believer.
You know they are cheating if they just stand in one spot without trying to evade and you get insta killed.
Apparently to compete you either need to be really good or use available tools that give you an edge.
Wonder how many "flawless" players used something to give them an "edge?"

4 Repliesits widely known that alot of players have some sort of device that helps or cheats when the suspension wave happened a couple months ago most of the players in trials were easy to play against

6 RepliesSkill in this game is dead. Only way to be a top player is to use a cheesy build. Anything that awards you with an easy kill. If you go into trials thinking you can just use a primary. You are mistaken. Cheesy ability and exotic combinations is the only way to excel now. Especially when we can mix different classes together next season. Get use to it. Only going to get worse. Is cheating a problem? Yes. But for the most part it’s just cheese that’s killing you over and over again.

The real question is, how many of these streamers who you think are great are actually using an am bot hack device. I’ve watched tons of streamers and noticed how their reticles track people through walls. It’s crazy to watch some of the big name streamers in super slow motion and see they are using something.

They’re everywhere, now. Zero flinch taken and perfect aim, all the while. Most didn’t even run any targeting mods in their setups. Easy to spot. They have unbelievable stats, post-game. -
1 ReplyCheaters have rampant in PVP for years. Bungie’s philosophy is “Cheaters add to the player count too”. It will never change.

Everything you describe in your post is classic lag you get when you have players with latent connections, i.e they are very far from the server and the server has to predict their actions. It causes teleporting, inability to damage, movement speed differential, your reactions seem delayed vs their bullets seem to all arrive instantly at once--all of which makes some players seem to be in god mode. I've made mash-up videos of lag as experienced in other games (Battlefield) . I might have to make a few for Destiny.

Played a few games, ran into one group who were Deffo fishy. Other than that was being matched up against people in Saudi.. I'm in the UK.

It's not just Trials, unfortunately --since IB I've won two games in stupid regular PVP. Heck, what happened to 50% we control the game, win rate😎 I use to hate that, but sure could use it now. [b/f they put that in way back and we had emblem to show our % ...60-70%. I'll never see that again!] Awful this last week! Totally mercy almost every game, or I just left. When they "oops" me, I quit game. PVP is the worst I've ever experienced EVER, right now. TTK is just STUPID, but not when it comes to my TTK. Even SMGs are like a ONE shot. Some people break every coded D2 law on speed and movement lol MANIPULATION has ruined PVP in D2!!! Why I quit playing TRIALS since no SOLO. I guess now everyday joe blow PVP too. Have fun guys!
